The gastronomy of La Vall de Pop is delicious and varied and its location between the sea and the mountains means that you can enjoy food typical to both. Some are even specific to this zone of transition and its cultural peculiarities.

The wine is another of La Vall's unique elements that makes its mark on the landscape. To a great extent, it also sets the cycles of agricultural activity during the year, ending with the grape harvest when the aroma of the ripe grapes can be sensed wherever you may be, emanating from the fille baskets along the paths.
